Friday afternoon, the Ministry of Health published the regulation on the first Corona relaxations on Saturday, February 5.
2G rule falls in February
Accordingly, the 2G obligation will fall away in retail. Then only FFP2 masks must be worn. The same applies to cultural institutions such as museums, art halls, and libraries. For services close to the body, 3G and additionally FFP2 duty will now apply from Saturday.
The regulation to the Corona loosenings is there
Corona relaxations also apply to events from Saturday. The FFP2 obligation remains indoors as outdoors. Events without assigned seating for 51 or more people are only allowed if there is a ban on consumption – but there is no upper limit on people. For events with assigned seating, this restriction does not apply, and there is also no upper limit on people. Registration at events does not apply but remains where masks are not worn, such as in restaurants.
